Expressions 500S

I have water coming out of the box of the shower unit just behind where the hose attaches. What problem does this indicate as I had good flow in the head right up to the point the flow started to divert

I think the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) may have activated.

It’s a safety device on the bottom of the heating tank.

It is fairly easy to replace however there is usually something that causes it to activate, often a kink in the hose or the showerhead is blocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.
