Red ring 500s shower

Shower pulses when turned on so bad that lights in rest of house flicker if they are on can you advise?

You may have a faulty , www.showerdoc.com/redring-phased-shut-down-relay-13c-or-15d-93597878 or www.showerdoc.com/redring-solenoid-valve-plus-e-93590722
The lights should not flicker because of the shower regardless of this.
