Red ring 505s

Once the shower has been shut down it starts up again by itself and goes into a pulsing action , the only wat to stop this is to turn the mains feed off. I have replaced the on/off switch , shutdown relay ,solenoid valve

I think you have a micro switch stuck in the on position when you switch off your shower one micro switch keeps the power on to one of the elements and perhaps boils off some of the water inside, then the over heat safety device comes in and shuts the shower down.

You will have to look and see if you can spot the faulty switch and then replace it, until you do this make sure that you switch off the shower at the isolater immediately after use
