Shower fault

Dear Doctor, My shower pulses in operation. I was told by the manufacturer that it needed a solenoid valve. Having this replaced made no difference. The second fault is that if one neglects to turn off the power at the pull cord, despite the shower being switched off on the unit, it can start up on its own at any time. What should I do? Thanks

The above is usually the cause of the problems you are having.

Thanks Doctor, I've ordered it.

Dear Doctor, I have received the relay that you advised me to get but it does not look the same.
Is this compatible, and if so, how should the wires be configured?
Or, am I looking at the wrong bit?
Thanks

This is the one you are after . Redring replaced these in later models of your shower.

If you contact our sales team they can sort this out.
