This question is regarding Redring Expressions 500s 8.5kw - (53673001) - Shower Spares

was pulsing on and off now stays on

shower was pulsing on and off for a couple of weeks but now stays on until it is switched off at the mains Can you advise please?

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

Part 16 maybe faulty if the above is the case.
