This question is regarding Redring Expressions 500s 9.5kw - (53673501) - Shower Spares

Not switching off

Hi,

My shower works OK when switched ON but when I switch it off it goes off initially but then comes back on for about 7-8 seconds and then off and on again and so on. I purchased a new phased shutdown relay from you this week and fitted it but unfortunately it has not made any difference. If you could please advise?

You could have a faulty push button switch that is not disengaging ,
