This question is regarding Redring Expressions 500s 9.5kw - (53673501) - Shower Spares

Shower only switches on for about 5 seconds

I have an Expressions 500S (53673501). When the push button switch is pressed the "On" "Medium" and "High" LED's light up, the shower turns on and begins to warm up. After about 5 seconds the "Medium" LED goes out and the shower switches off all together. It could work fine for weeks and then one day it could take 10 mins to get it to stay on. The solenoid valve is reading 3.98 K OHMS



Any help would be much appreciated

You may have a faulty phased shut down relay , but I would think that it is the solenoid despite the reading.
