re:shower not switching on

Thank you for your reply to above problem. We will check the valves that you suggested. However could you let us know where the Flow/Stabilizer valve is located on the shower? The diagram for the spares does not show where we can find it - indicated by number 22 item 93597893. If this is faulty would it affect the Phased Shutdown relay by causing it to Spark when the shower is switched on? This happens on ours?

Number 22 is found behind part 14.

Shouldn't affect the relay, which do spark.
