shut down relay (16) on Redring Expressions 500SC Shower

would this part be responsible for shower not turning off with push button?

It stays on hunting on/ off all the time... It goes off when mains is turned off but goes on immediately when mains is turned on without touching anything else.

Yes this could be the reason for the "hunting".
