fault on shower Redring epressions 570 pumped shower

the shower sounds if the pump is running but no

water is going through the unit.Can it be the pump

that is at fault or thermal cut out, their is water

going to the shower unit.

Thisis an unusual fault for this unit.

Firstcheck that the head is clear also check that the hose isn’t kinked it oftenkinks just behind the bracket on the sliding rail so it is not always easy tosee.

Yousay that there is ample? water going to the unit so if the head and hose are OKthen the most likely fault would be the flow valve which is part of the tankbase assembly.
