Micro switch operation

I have closed the micro switches to get the shower to heat.

I cant see how the micro switches for the elements manually close from shower operation.

I isolate the power when not in use to prevent continous heating.

Element/s are ok pump ok water flow ok just need to know how the micro switches for the elements close normally as when i look there looks like there is no physical contavt to close the switch

The pressure from the pump lifts an actuator in the flow valve, which is part of the tank base assembly and this comes in contact with the switches.
