Instant 7S temperature control

Hi



I have an instant 7S shower - everyting is functioning fine - excpet the temperature knob is free turning and not adjusting the temp. On inspection it looks as through the plastic lugs on the valve 'sheath' have broken off. So i can preset to a fixed temp taking with the front off removing the plastic sheath and using pliers, however wanted to know if you do a spare replacement 'sheath'.

If you are referring to the Gite which is the part that fits on to the flow valve and has a square front that fits in to the back of the knob then that is still available.
