shower fault

after using shower press off button an shower is still boiling inside even on the cold setting does the same thing evently cut out on over heat

I think a micro switch is stuck in the on position, this iskeeping one of the elements energised after you have switched off the showerwill keep heating and perhaps boil off some of the water inside, until theThermal Cur Out (TCO) cuts the power off to the elements, when the shower coolsdown the TCO will allow the power back to the elements and the whole process startsagain.

You will have to trace which switch is causing the problemand replace it. (On some showers the switch is part of a sub assembly thereforethe complete assembly will need replaced)

Until you get the switch replaced switch the shower on andoff using the isolator switch (pull cord)
