Replacing a redring plus 8x shower

It appears I need to replace my redring plus 8x shower as the flow valve is no longer available.

Can you recommend a shower that would be comparable in size and fittings?

It would appear on testing that one of the heating elements is defunct.Is it possible to purchase a complete immersion unit
