REDRING SELECTRONIC 8

After pulling down the on/off switch a brief flow of water comes from the shower heading indicating it is working.Then I press the start button and the heating indicator goes to the end of the scale due to the water not flowing from the shower head.I then switch off the mains power

I think you have a faulty solenoid valve which is unfortunately discontinued.

You could try fitting a solenoid coil, however due to it's age no guarantees
