Selectronic premier shower

I have changed the temperature lock and solenoid but the L flashes all the time and the water is Luke warm, it does not get hot, could you please say what could cause this ?

This could be a faulty triac or element or perhaps athermistor not giving the correct reading .

The problem with the Selectronic is the only reasonable wayto fault find is by substitution and this is not a practical solution for DIY,as you would need all the internal components to substitute with the originalso you can find out which part is faulty and as the parts are expensive, yourbest option is to call out a shower specialist, or contact Redring for one oftheir engineers.
