Hi the shower is leaking from the clear pipe at the bottom of the shower even when switched off. Is it the prv that needs replaced or just the washer

The short answer is yes, the PRV on this unit is a washer arrangement.

Before fitting make sure that your hose isn’t kinked and that the shower head is clean and clear.
