Heating Element for Redring WS7
I have had a retired electrician look at our water heater and he says that the element is not working because it's "live" at one end and not at the other end - that's to say, electricity is arriving at the unit but not going through it. (He established this using a multi-meter) Assuming this is true, how much is a new element for our Redring WS7...there's no price quoted above.
Thanks in advance!
Indi.
The 1 kw element is the only one now availalbe.
