Redring Ws7 not heating the water

Recently had to turn our water off to fix a water problem and since then we have no warm water coming from it. We have checked the fuse in the plug which is ok. Is it likely to be the thermal fuse or element?

I probably need a bit more info, however.........

If the fuse is OK then you need to check that the power is getting to the unit

You will also need to check that the thermal fuse is OK (check this for continuity if it has continuity then it is OK if not it is faulty.

Then check that you are getting power to the elements, if there is power going to the elements and you have no heat then you are likely to have a faulty element.

The element can be checked for resistance with a multi meter

Some of these checks have to be carried out live if you don’t feel competent to do them then call in an electrician.
