low pressure

hi, my wife turned the temperature control to twelve then forced it further thinking it would turn the shower off !!!!!!

it still works but with low pressure and the temperature control now turns past twelve to two quite easily.

I've taken the front and the nylon control off but don't know what I;m looking for. I assume i need to replace the nylon control as that what she must have damaged? Is that number 3 in the picture? Do you sell anything that controls a wife?
