This question is regarding Salamander 3.0 Bar Twin Brass Ended Positive Head Regenerative Shower Pump - Ct Force 30Pt - CTFORCE30PT

Pump keeps running

I've installed this pump as per mi and when the shower is running its great but switch the shower off the pump will continue to run unless I switch power off. Switch the power back on and its off until shower valve open again.

If you are certain that it is installed as instructions then the fault must be with the shower, my thought is that when you turn the shower off the water is still getting pumped across the valve hot into cold or cold into hot, most showers have check valves to stop that however not all.
