Failure to pump
If it has stopped dead then it sounds like an electrical fault, if it is electrical and there is power going to the pump then it is most likely to be a faulty PCB.
However I would swap the flow switch sensors over hot to cold and cold to hot just in case one of these has failed.
But to be honest from your description of the fault it is most likely to be the PCB
