Pump does not come on all the time

As this pump tries to kick in it doesn't.sometimes after a while it just starts then it's fine,I've been told it's probably down to the sensor or sensors that are triggered when the shower is turned on if this is correct can you supply replacement sensors to fix please

It sounds like you have a faulty pcb or read switch, but the manufacturer does not sell these parts.
You should contact them direct to see if they would supply you with the items.
