This question is regarding Salamander RSP75 Positive Head Shower Pump Spares

Cold water not delivering to shower head

Pump is running OK, but only hot water is being delivered at shower head. Have checked cold inlet filter _ all OK. Have taken off both hoses. Water on the inlet side, but no visible water on outlet side?

Not sure I understand this when you disconnect the inlet hose and turn on the water there is water there, yet when you reconnect and turn on the water there is no water at the outlet(I am presuming you have disconnected the outlet hose and allowing the water to discharge into a pail.)

If this is the case then you must have a blockage in the pump, which would be most unusual.

Or I may not be understanding your problem properly.
