Loss of hot water at shower

Shower runs cold and pump does not cut in however if i turn the cold supply off pump cuts in and very hot shower then at valve i can gently add cold and will run but if turn shower off have to repeat procedure to get resonable shower HELP stop valve under bath , its an azur surface shower mixer with a salamander pump

Check the cold supply side of the pump and the shower filters to see if they are blocked.

Check also the head and the hose. If all is fine , then you may have a faulty thermostatic cartridge.
