Cold showers!!!!!
Unable to tell you what model of shower we have as it was installed by builder and we have no instructions etc, just your logo!!! It's been perfect for 10 yrs but now all we have is cold water, turning the temp. control makes no difference. Do you have a picture of the showers so I can see which model?? Thanks for your help

If it looks like the one that you sent the enquiry from thenit is a Sirrus 1850 and probably only needs a strip down clean lube and a sealkit fitted.
If it doesn’t look like this then it is better that you sendus a photo of your shower preferably one with the knobs on and one with theknobs removed, so we can see which cartridge it uses.
