replace concealed shires thermostatic valve

what more modern shower would you recommend to replace concealed shires thermostatic valve? I am concerned about the cost - in terms of tiling etc. Is there a modern shower valve which can easily replace this valve without too much work in terms of piping and tiling? thanks

This is a re badged Sirrus 1850 / 1850 Dual Shower Valve. Its component breakdown is the same.

There are a number of showers that can replace this

since it is built in , and the only problem maybe access to the pipes.

what shower valve replaces above the measurement of pipes is 140 mm
