Newteam/Showerforce 1000XM power shower - shower head leaking when off

showerforce 1000xm

my shower head is leaking and having looked at the fitting everything seems ok. Could the problem lie with the valves inside the shower ? if so, would this shower unit be single or double valved? do you still stock the correct one, and how much do they cost?

Thank you for your assistance

I take it you mean that when the shower is switched to the off position the shower continues to drip from the shower head?

If so you need to fit the service repir kit to the shower and that consists of the knob , mixer spindle , new mixer sela and the seal lubricant.

You need to fit all the kit for this to work! if you dont fit the kit and lubricate the seals then the knob will keep breaking.
