Constant Leaking & poor temprature control

Shower constantly drips (Every 20 seconds) & when in use if you turn hot & cold switch it goes all the way round & then clunks & water goes from scalding to freezing.

The dripping will be cured by fitting a new solenoid valve and the temperature problem will need a new thermostatic mixing valve.
