Mixer Valve leaking

The mixer valve for my Shower Force XT1500 was leaking so I bought a new one from the Shower Doctor. My plumber fitted the new valve but the thing is still leaking from the same place! Any thoughts?

We haven’t had any of these returned as faulty.

 

Is there any possibility of sending a photo showing where it is leaking from? If there is any problem we can always send a replacement however if we have a photo we may be able to resolve the problem without removing the part.
