This question is regarding ShowerForce 1500-XT - Shower Spares

No hot water

My 1500-TX was installed several years ago and has worked faultlessly. We have had renovation work carried out which required water to be turned off several times during the work. All back together but not hot water through shower. OK everywhere else in house. It's not fed via a combi boiler

If you turn the shower to hot alone you should hear it struggling compared to on cold alone. This shows that there is no hot water coming into the shower. If you do not get this then it points to the mixer valve being faulty.
