This question is regarding ShowerForce 1500-XT - Shower Spares

There is a lot of black residue like soot around the pump/motor and it is only pumping water intermittently any ideas.

The black residue will be carbon from the brushes, if they have worn down then you are going to need a new motor and pump unit.
