Ordering spares for Showerforce 2000

After using shower, I can't bring the motor to a stop. When I turn the knob clockwise to off position, still the motor is running without water coming out. So I shut down power by using the switch at the wall. I have bought a mixer sealing kit from you to stop dripping water quite a length of time but still I didn't fix it.If I have to change a part please let me know the details of them so I can place an order through you. I appreciate your time, please let me know as to what to do . Thank you. George Perera.

You may have a faulty reed switch, and as this is now obsolete you may now need a new shower.
