SF 2000 Transformer

I have a Showerforce 2000 which has stopped working. I checked the power supply to the shower and I cannot get a volts reading .I have also checked for a voltage reading at the transformer end and still cannot get a reading. Should I be able to get a output reading of about 24volts ?

Yes you should have a 24v reading at the output end of the transformer.

Unfortunately these transformers are now obsolete.
