912T shower problems.

I have a new team 912T shower. I have had to dismantle the central mixer chamber of the shower in order to retile behind it. On reassembling the shower it continued to flow but only slowly when the water supply was put back on. I felt I must have replaced the central valve the wrong way round . I dismantled it again only to find a shredded O ring inside. The rear spring was also loose. I reassembled it with the valve the other way round. The shower now stayed full on even when turned off . Any Ideas please .

Without seeing the valve it is difficult to say what has gone wrong

Below is an exploded view of the valve this may help.

If you still can’t work out where the problem is perhaps you can send us some photos
