HELP please 912T Failed

Hi, we have I think a 13yr old 912T. We live in a hard water area and for the last couple of years the dial tap has been getting stiffer and occasionally sticks open. Tried to 'dismantle' it but the cartridge refuses to be stripped down beyond removal from housing. Now the pump keeps blowing fuse each time the water is turned on and only a little water comes from the shower itself. There are no leaks and no changes to the supply. I am thinking that maybe 13 years is the maximum life expectancy. Is there a recommended course of action or an identical replacement unit we can get - preferably one that has exactly the same position and diameter supply/inlet pipes???

There seems to be two problems.
The first you could fix by fitting a replacement shower such as the ,

or spraying WD 40 onto the shower cartridge to see if this loosens it and fitting a seal kit,

www.showerdoc.com/sirrus-valve-seal-kit-sk1500-1

but the second , the blowing of fuses, should not happen when the pump is used, regardless of the shower working or not.

Once the shower is fixed this should be looked at.
