Showerforce 970 971 &972(Newteam)

I have moved home and my shower named above is very hard to turn on and off. Oor shower seems to have been put in a partition wall and a plumber mate tried to repair from the from but unit was not secure so I the shower seem to have been fitted to the tiles with an outer plate but no rubber seal to stop water going behind on off handle are these normaly fitted and can I purchase one.

With the Sirrus 1400 series that in almost every occasion the first thing to do is give them a strip down clean and lube and fit a service kit, this will cure 85% of any problems and it is also the cheapest thing to do.

If after servicing you find out that it needs a thermostat or piston, nothing is really lost because it almost certainly needed a service in any case.
