Shower not giving fully hot water

I have a customer who is experiencing a problem with her shower - Showerforce SF973-T exposed thermostatic mixer shower. She is only getting warm water through the shower. on investigation I found that the hot and cold supply pipework is reversed with hot supply to the right, my initial plan was to reverse the shower and see if that remedied the problem however the valve has already been reversed, so I am unsure if the thermostatic cartridge is faulty due to age or as a result of being reversed? I am hopeful that it is due to age, in which case i should just be able to replace the part, but would be very grateful of your advice! If I am able to repair the unit by replacement parts could you advise on what parts are required? Many thanks!

You should service the cartridge , as per the video , and test the thermostat.
