This question is regarding Showerforce AL01-T - Shower Spares

AL01-T Shower

The ceramic disc "tap" for the body jets has failed leaving a constant drip. Strip down & rebuild of the this part has had no effect. It appears to be a bought in item but I cannot identify for certain which. Can you advise make 7 model so i can replace.

This has been a perfect shower panel for our needs so don't want to have to replace whole tower

If you can send a photo of the valve then there is agood chance we will be able to ID it.If you can send a of photo of the valve with the knobs and coversremoved, so we can see the top part of the cartridge then there is abetter chance of us identifying it and if it is possible a photo of thecartridge itself a better chance still of us identifying it
