This question is regarding Showerforce BSM (Newteam) - Shower Spares

Hi The shower control no longer turns off, it feels broken inside and l am not sure of the part required as none of them actually have a number in the booklet, which has the same diagram as your web page.. l can remove the shower knob cover but cannot find a suitable socket for the next part. Is this the cartridge kit or themostat and pistol assembly. Any help would be greatly received and info about parts and socket size will help. Thanks.

If it feels broken inside then it would appear that you need a new  cartridge, an adjustable spanner will remove the old one,
