This question is regarding Showerforce BSM (Newteam) - Shower Spares

shower dripping

I have tried to remove the cartridge to replace the seals but am unable to get cartridge out of the hole also as this was some time ago I gave up and the tap continued to drip but it is actually constantly running now, so thought I would have another go but I cannot even remove the tap head now, any suggestions would be gratefully received
