It could be one of the reed switches that is faulty. To test this you need to disconnect one of the wires from the reed switch to the PCB to see if this stops the pump.

But,

In the last year most reed switches have disappeared of the market for all manufactures (For some reason they have become very expensive to make.)

They have been replaced with a different type of reed switch however this requires a change of the PCB so all this now comes as a kit http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-spares/newteam/NEWT-SP-088-1111-PCB---Reed-Switch-Kit---With-F-control-SP-088-1111

To be honest depending on the age of your pump it may be better to consider just replacing the complete pump http://www.showerdoc.com/showers/shower-pumps/bristanyou should be able to fit one of these in about 45mins and you have a 2 year guarantee!
