This question is regarding Showerforce Matrix T (Newteam) - Shower Spares

Matrix fittings

I wonder if you can help, the outlet connection elbow on the top of the temperature controller/mixer is cracked and needs replacing, (pic 2) I'm not sure if this is a custom part or a regular piece of plumbing hardware, can you supply one? I also need one of the lower gate valves (pic 1) or an overhaul kit for one, can you supply either? Thanks

Unfortunately none of your photos have come through however most of the parts for the Matrix are now obsolete if you can send the photos again we may be able to help.

I've fixed the mixer attachment, it is just the gate valve I need or a refurb kit, I have tried to attach a picture but it has crashed a couple of times when doing so.
