New Team Showerforce Mistral Manual Mixer Shower

Hello, Please could you help. I have replaces a broken spindle in a Showerforce Mistral Manual Mixer Shower and won't spin smoothly, in fact it feels like it will break. It is the Seals (4) and the face of the mixer control (3) that need greased however be very careful when doing this as most of the parts are now discontinued.
