ShowerForce mixer valve

Is there a hot water limiter on this valve? We have moved into a property which was occupied by a disabled person. When the shower valve is turned fully on to hot the water is still only warm. Is it possible that the valve has been limited to a certain temp for the disabled person? If so, can you please tell me how to reset it. I would be most grateful.

There is no temperature stop on this valve.

can you get hold of the hot inlet pipe and feel the temperature of the water arriving at the shower?
