shower head

The other day I descaled the shower head as quite a lot of the head was blocked and the water, although coming out quickly was only coming out in patches. I put the head back on,with great difficulty I might add as I'm not very tall. This time the water came pouring out. As I turned the tap round, right to left, to a hotter setting, the water got much heavier. Do you think I need a new shower head? Regards

Depending on your system, you may expect the flow to get stronger on the cold setting as this is usually the strongest flow.
I do not think the shower head is the cause of any fault that you are having.
