The answer is really the same as last time.

The sealthat shuts the water off is the seal that fits into the base of part 11 (It isa thick heavy ‘O’ ring.) this can be a difficult seal to fit.

Whenfitted there can be bumpy bits on the face of the seal, making sure that theseal is well greased before fitting and rolling a screwdriver handle over thebumps a few times can help to smooth them out.

The halfcartridge is available however unless it is damaged it is unlikely to be thatthat is causing the valve to pass.

 

If this seal has been replaced and it is sitting into thewasher plate properly and you still have the problem then I think you will haveto replace the complete cartridge.
