This question is regarding Showerforce Vienna T (Newteam) - Shower Spares

Are these parts applicable for the Tapmate (Newteam) Vienna T?

We have an old Tapmate Vienna T thermostatic shower, it started off just dripping when turned off and is now running really, we are having trouble finding the spare parts. Do these ones fit and if so do we need to replace the cartridge or would a new seals kit fix it?

Thisis the Sirrus 1850 valve which has been rebadged for a number of differentoutlets and has many different knob sets.

Ifit is dripping then this can most likely be solved by giving it a strip downclean lube and fitting a new seal kit.

Whichis much cheaper than fitting a cartridge.

I had the same problem recently, turned out to be a really easy fix. Turn off water supply to shower and unscrew tap head assembly from the main body(anti-clockwise). Wind out the inner brass valve using the tap head, apply silicone grease and new O-ring. Carefully refit the tap head to the shower body making sure Thermostat is seated properly. Took 10 minutes and shower is as good as new.
