Showerforce Vienna T

Shower isnt getting hot, just barely warm. I have checked the supply pipe and the water from the combi boiler is hot. What could be the problem?



(We did have a water supply problem with muck getting into some of our system but that may not be the cause) Any suggestions as to what we could try?
