This question is regarding Sirrus 1600 cartridge assembly (no thermostat) SK1600-2

No hot water

Had a leaking shower head. Replaced and re-greased the seals some time last year and the shower was fine for a few months. Ordered a new cartridge and fitted it using the instructions in the showerdoc youtube videos. No leaking but also no hot water.



If I remove the cartridge, hot water comes out of the hot inlet pipe just fine. But with the cartridge fitted, there's no hot water coming out.

Have you reset the temperature down the center of the cartridge?
